^Omnipotence directly speaking cannot exist in fiction. It can't happen since there can only be one omnipotent entity iirc. However, Flumpty does have infinite power, so he'd qualify for this:
The rational Nigh-Omnipotent one to be exact since it is the one with the Infinite power one.
