CAM 9 is a camera appearing on Flumpty Night. It is connected only to CAM 10.
The room shown resembles a black tunnel with glowing red lines down the length. A spinning hologram of a dinosaur, specifically that of a theropod like a T-rex, is displayed in the middle of the tunnel.
This is where Virtual Boy Flumpty starts. He will pass through this room on his way to the Door Power Room. Shadow Flumpty can also manifest here.
