New Dork City is the location that the One Night at Flumpty's trilogy takes place in. The newspaper belonging to The Beaver and the newspaper shown at the end of One Night at Flumpty's 2 are both newspapers of "new dork rhymes", the city's newspaper.

New Dork appears to be a city similar to New York, With large buildings, skyscrapers, and an open field with a pond looking out to an ocean. the other side of the ocean appears to have some kind of mountainous terrain, and the sky looks to be an indigo-lavender color. (although this may just be because of the sunset)
After Flumpty Night, New Dork City is shown in a state of ruin, the buildings are destroyed, the pond has dried up, the ocean has been replaced with lava, and the mountains appear to have been replaced by volcanoes. the grass is now a dirty brown color, and the sky is dark with smoke.
